Project "Healthy and social sport" (NPIMD-H2-T4-026 / 2021) of Sports Club "Phare" - Burgas with entry number 09-00-264 / 27.01.2021 and contract 25-00-34 / 24.03.2021 d is implemented with the financial support of the Ministry of Youth and Sports in connection with the implementation of Direction 2, topic 4 of the National Program for implementation of youth activities under Art. 10a of the Gambling Act for 2021
Our project proposal is in response to the deepening problems related to the health status of young people. We are an organization that is directly involved with young people - their life, development, environment and realization and we are concerned about the trends we observe. The young people we have contact with are between the ages of 15 and 29, and what we can summarize from our experience with them is worrying. The statistics we work with complement our impression. The data on which our observations are based are based on years of experience in the field of sports and youth, as well as official statistics from Bulgaria, which show that Bulgaria has one of the lowest percentages of physically active youth:
The main goal of the project is aimed at creating a sustainable model and conditions for building socially responsible behavior by promoting a healthy lifestyle. The focus is also on the impact and change of young people's behavioral patterns on health, sports, physical activity and role in society. The project has a direction and goal to reach a large number of disadvantaged young people who are a vulnerable target group and even more sensitive to negative impacts and trends.
